Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 September 2026. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit clickjoro.com.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Click Joro LLC, 201 Mission St, Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. For any question about this policy, write to hello@clickjoro.com or call +1-415-555-9809.
Information you give us directly
If you email or telephone us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message — typically your name, your email address and the content of your enquiry. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and we do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
The newsletter form on our home page
The sign-up form on our home page runs entirely inside your browser. When you submit an address it is checked for a valid format and then displayed back to you in a confirmation message. It is not sent to our servers, it is not stored, and it is not shared with anyone. Reloading the page clears it. If we later introduce a form that does transmit an address, this policy will be updated before that form goes live.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, the referring page and basic browser and device details. This is used to keep the site running, to diagnose faults and to protect against abuse.
Cookies and similar storage
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your choice on the cookie notice, so that the notice does not reappear on every page. That value stays in your browser. Where we use privacy-oriented analytics to understand which articles are read, it is configured to report aggregate traffic patterns rather than to build a profile of an individual reader. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.
Fonts and third-party resources
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When a typeface is requested, your browser contacts Google's servers, which will receive your IP address and standard request information as part of delivering the file. We do not send any other information to that service.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How long information is kept
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for answering and for our records, and is deleted when it is no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a short period in line with our hosting provider's ordinary practice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to certain uses. Because we collect very little, these requests are usually simple to handle. Write to hello@clickjoro.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. California residents may also request that we do not sell or share personal information — we do neither.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be described on this page.
