What to write to us about
We welcome corrections, disagreements and requests. If you think something on this site is wrong, unclear or overstated, tell us — we would rather fix an article than defend it. If there is a subject within habits, focus or learning that you would like covered in plain language, that is useful to know as well.
What we cannot help with
We cannot offer personalised coaching, therapy or medical guidance, and we cannot advise on an individual health situation. Nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for a conversation with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Response times
We are a small editorial operation. Email is usually answered within two to three business days, and occasionally a little longer when a message needs research before we can answer it properly. If a reply matters to you and none has arrived within a week, please send the message again — occasionally one goes astray.
